Semester & Class Info:

  • The next semester begins Monday, April 22nd, 2024.
  • Classes are student-led, not project-based, which means you can create whatever project you have in mind- thrown or hand built! are geared to all skill levels, beginner through advanced.
  • Tim Jarvis is the instructor for adult classes. They will be present at each class to guide students according to their skill level.
  • You can read a little about our instructors in our “Meet The Team” page. Select your classes by instructor.
  • Semester Dues paid online are subject to a $10 convenience fee.
  • Credit card, cash or check payments can be collected at the studio. Payment is due at the time of registration or re-registration.
  • Seats are “non-transferable”. They cannot be inherited by a new student once the semester has already started.
  • Open Studio time is for registered and current semester students only. Guests of students must register for open studio sessions by appointment.
  • In order to give all our students a fair chance at a semester seat, we give everyone (current and future students) the same amount of time to reserve their seats for an upcoming semester. Current students get the first 4 weeks of their semester to save their seats. Future students receive an open registration announcement at mid-semester, during week 4, to claim their seats. If you would like to reserve your seat for an upcoming semester, send us a request to be added to our waiting list.
  • All Classes must have a minimum of 4 registered students.

 

Included in your semester registration:

  • 2 weekly Open Studio times . Open Studio is an opportunity to finish any work that wasn’t completed during class time. It is not instructional time. Any interested guests must register and pay for an Open Studio date by appointment from the class schedule.

  • Two make-up days are allowed per semester, per student. Plan accordingly.

  • Project firings and use of studio glazes are included; no production work at this time.

  • One 25lb. bag of clay per student. Extra bags are available for purchase.

  • Classes are limited to 6 students, making it an excellent setting for plenty of one-on-one instruction. Students collaborate to create a fun, playful, relaxed learning environment.
